Faced with record natural gas prices, Illinois households faced high heating bills during the winter of 2005/2006. BMI developed a five-part, multi-media video series designed to educate Illinois consumers on energy saving tips and techniques to reduce energy consumption and save on heating costs. The five-part series highlights easy 'how-to' approaches. Topics included those on furnace heating, kitchen appliances, water heating, insulation and air sealing and energy saving opportunities in living spaces.
