Working with Time Warner, Inc., publishers of This Old House, BMI is producing a community-scale retrofit project in Las Vegas. The project involves two homes in an area with a high foreclosure rate. The finished homes will not only be updated, but will also reduce energy consumption and costs by 30-50%. The construction is being videotaped and documented for future training opportunities.
