Welcome to the first level of training at DuPont Building Knowledge University. Consider this level your Specialist Starter Kit. This training level is required for all Specialists, regardless of market focus. You will be required to complete the following four courses in this level, and pass the tests at the conclusion of Courses 2-4, before advancing to subsequent Levels.

Each course will be composed of a series of lessons. Within each lesson, you will be presented with a lesson introduction, which describes specific objectives you will take away from each lesson, and a multimedia presentation, by which the core learning material will be delivered. Lesson material that will appear on the final Exam will include written study guides and review quizzes to help you assimilate the critical information.
