As part of the Building America Retrofit Alliance (BARA), BMI is producing a demonstration home in Windemere, Florida. Scheduled to be open for the 2012 International Builders Show, the home features cost effective retrofits identified by innovative new building optimization software (BEopt). BMI generated multi-media, Web, and video content, worked with sponsors to coordinate a large press event, and created learning stations throughout the house to highlight specific retrofits.
